If you’ve listened before, you’ll remember me not being a big fan of London, but I’ve changed my tune quite a bit!
While I still won’t admit that English food is very good, we’ve found a couple of places I really enjoy, and this last time in London was quite a lot of fun!
Today Heather joins me to talk about our favorite areas of the city, some of the best places to eat, and a TON of things to do. From free museums (yes, free!) to a great way to see shows for cheap, we have some great tips for the budget traveler in today’s episode!

More than the food, the drinks, or the location, the best thing about Barcelona was the lifestyle. But the food and drinks were also awesome!
Heather and I go in-depth today on all the restaurants we visited (quite a lot), the gelato we didn’t get to eat and the best bars we found on our trip.
And while there isn’t many touristy things to do in Barcelona (seriously, go eat), we did find some pretty awesome parts of town to visit, and of course, if you go when it’s warm there’s always the beach!!
Some of the restaurants we mention in this episode require advance booking, perhaps even weeks in advance based on the time of year you’ll be traveling. The Fork and Open Table are two great ways to book restaurants in advance, perhaps before you even get to Barcelona!

A stint in Dublin and a 6-day road trip around southwestern Ireland was enough for us to fall in love!
Driving around Ireland has some of the MOST beautiful scenery, so if you’re going to do one thing, get driving! We discuss where we went on our road trip, where we stayed and some of the delicious places we ate!
