What a show; I think I might become a frequent flyer (listener)! :) I had this trick that I used to do for upper body, it takes two and a half minutes. YOu need a clock. You do as many normal pushups as you can for one minute, then you do as many girly pushups as you can for one minute. Then you do the plank exercise (Google it) for thirty seconds. Done. DO this every day and it covers most of what you need for upper body and see if you can beat your own record every week. Cheers guys
