Last month we held our second Location Indie live event in Denver! Bringing together people devoted to living and creating a Location Independent Lifestyle was an amazing experience, and what made it even more amazing?
The city itself.
With the Crush Graffiti walls decorating so many streets and alleys, there’s art no matter where you look. Add in some amazing food trucks, great breweries, and new friends, and it’s a reciepe for success.
Listen today as we describe the (super) trendy RiNo neighborhood and surrounding areas, some of the best chicken we’ve EVER had, and of course, the beer.
If you’re like us, the answer is no, but odds are, you’re not like us, and it’s time to start thinking about some winter trips.
So today, Heather and I go through our list of top winter destinations. While we don’t HAVE to have been there before, we’ve been to several of these places and could go back to any of them.
It’s time to imagine some snow or get away from the cold with a wonderful beach, and plan that winter trip!
Where do you plan to spend the winter weather? Expand my travel list @ExtraPackofPeanuts!!
Today’s episode has been sponsored by our friends at Tortuga Backpacks!
We take a little time during our current road trip to discuss some road trips that we love or would love to do around the United States.
It is, after all, made for road trips!
We discuss road trips all over the country, our favorites, our dishonorable mentions, and of course the ones that break the rules!
These would be great options for summer trips, especially in some of the areas that have harsh winters, or to get away from the harsh winters a little earlier!
Interested in a particular road trip? They’re listed below, but beware of spoilers!
Longtime listeners might know that Heather has a not so secret love.
Coffee
Turns out, Jason, our often co-host, also has the same love. Though his is more of an addiction.
Today Heather and Jason list out some of their best coffee experiences, including their favorite coffee shops, and the best countries for coffee lovers.
I hold down the fort for those of us who aren’t so into coffee, providing some notes on ambiance, delicious treats, and the best hot chocolate I’ve had to date. And of course, you won’t have to wait long for Jason to break all the rules.
