About the Show
Creating Insatiable Wanderlust Since 2013
Every Tuesday Trav and Heather fill your heart with wanderlust and your head with knowledge.
Sometimes we’ll interview amazing travelers, like the guy who went around France on a little red scooter or the guy who spent 5 years going to every country in Africa (and climbing the tallest peak in each). Sometimes we’ll give you practical advice, like our 47 best gifts for travelers or 21 ways to survive a long haul flight. Sometimes we’ll drop some lists on ya (we love lists!) like our top 10 ice cream in the world or our top 25 breweries. And sometimes we’ll tell you all the best things to do at a specific destination, like the best seafood in Croatia or where to eat pizza in Rome.
But we’ll always have fun, always get (probably too) excited, and always say the word boutique wrong.

In this part of our Year in Review series, we hand out our superlatives for the best/worst flights, accommodations, and more. But you’ll have to wait until next week for our best meals and drinks! There were too many to do in just one episode!
In this episode we go in depth to figure out how many places we slept in 2017, how many miles we traveled, and how many new (and old) countries/states we visited this past year. Part 1 of 6 in our Year in Review series.
Mike Brcic, founder of Sacred Rides, never imagined he'd have the world's #1 mountain bike tour company in the world. All he really wanted to do was get paid to take people on awesome trails around British Columbia. That was 21 years ago, and since, he's...

To celebrate 4.5 years and 300 episodes (!!!), Trav and Heather decide to have a little fun and grill one another by putting each other on the hot seat and answering 15 travel questions apiece. The person on the hot seat has no idea what questions will be...
Sometimes, we take frequent flyer miles for granted because we've been using them so long. So last night I sat down, opened up a spreadsheet, and figured out EXACTLY how much money frequent flyer miles saved us in 2017. To find out what that number is,...
